The ideal candidate for the Area Payroll and Human Resource Systems Manager position will have exposure to all areas of the Human Resources function and will assist multiple Hyatt properties in the Phoenix Metro Market. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Payroll Management for the multiple hotels in Phoenix/Scottsdale/Tempe are, to include:

o Weekly processing, mass uploads, deductions in arrears, reporting and other payroll duties as required

o Systems subject matter expert, training new leaders on Kronos WFN/Dimensions and point person for challenges

• My Learning (Training) - Monthly and yearly compliance tracking, new hire completion and other training tasks as assigned.

This position will report to the Director of Human Resources .
