Role Title: Area Manager - Flex Shift

L ead and coordinate activities of shift and manage the flow of product within the lo gist ics operational function following the Master Schedule and agreed service levels . Ensuring teams are motivated and productive and that communications between shifts are effective.

Essential Knowledge:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Associate's degree in Logistics or Management preferred
• Basic employment/regulatory/safety compliance awareness required
• WMS and general logistics operational knowledge
• Automated logistics technology knowledge preferred

Successful Experience:

• 1-3 years logistics experience
• 2-5 years leadership experience

Technical Skills:

• Excellent communications skills
• Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge
• Associate/interpersonal relationship building
• Leadership skills
• Good numerical and literacy skills
• Handling multiple priorities effectively
