We are seeking a highly disciplined and energetic Area Manager for our Jimmy John's Raleigh/Cary, North Carolina market.

The Area Manager coordinates and supports all activities within the assigned geographic area. Trains, coaches and supports managers. Plans and sets labor goals. Focuses on in-store issues, ensure compliance with all corporate guidelines and maintains our companies' high standards for service and the appearance of our units.

Essential functions of this position include:

• Developing schedules and monitoring payroll on a daily basis to ensure payroll goals are met
• Managing the sales performance of the assigned units to meet sales and profitability goals
• Upholding Company standards for quality and service
• Participating in the recruiting, interviewing and hiring for hourly and salaried team members for the assigned units
• Issuing appropriate coaching and disciplinary action to those team members who fail to meet our performance standards
• Ensuring compliance to all guidelines involved with safety, loss prevention and cash handling procedures

Qualifications:

• 2 years fast casual GM management experience/multi-unit management experience preferred
• Able to work a minimum of 45 hours per week
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must have valid Driver License, driving record in good standing
