LOOKING FOR AN AREA MANAGER IN THE ATLANTA, GA AREA.

A GEORGIA licensed Cosmetologist is REQUIRED. Must have 5+ years manager experience in the beauty industry. Must be willing to travel. Must be skilled in communication skills, leadership skills, scheduling, resolving conflicts, payroll, and training abilities. Oversee 5/6 stores and 50+ employees.

Operational Leadership: Growing service and product sales year over year

Recruiting and training stylists/salon managers

Managing P&Ls with heavy focus on scheduling for labor budget and controlling inventory with product ordering

Team building for each salon Community involvement

Marketing: social media outlets and local store marketing execution

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
