The ideal candidate brings:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering (or a similar field)
  • 3+ years of experience rocking the aseptic dairy processing scene
  • 6+ years of experience conquering the challenges of food/beverage manufacturing and dairy processing
  • The gift of gab (excellent communication skills)
  • The ability to build strong relationships (interpersonal skills are a must)
  • A passport that's ready for frequent adventures (75% travel)
  • MS Office mastery (with project scheduling and spreadsheets as your specialties)
  • A proven track record of turning plans into reality (achieving pre-defined project goals is your superpower)
  • In-depth knowledge of aseptic processing and packaging (because you're an aseptic rockstar!)
Bonus points if you have:
  • Experience in the food manufacturing industry
  • Experience managing capital projects over $1 million
  • Knowledge of other liquid food and beverage processing technologies (ESL, ultra clean, hot fill - you name it!)
  • Aced experience in food safety, hygienic design, and aseptic, beverage, dairy, and juice design standards
