A large aerospace and defense company is looking for an assembler to join their team. In this role you will be assembling small and large components to form sub-assemblies or completed assemblies using torque drivers, long nose pliers, screw drivers, and soldering irons. Additionally, you will be focusing on identifying problems and contributes to process improvements, build devices per drawing, routing, and work instructions. This role requires 1-2 years previous experience.

Required Skills & Experience
- High School diploma
- 2+ years previous assembler related experience within manufacturing
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds
- 1 year mechanical experience
- Basic Computer skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Capable of identifying problems and contributing to process improvements
- Able to read and interpret mechanical drawings and Bills of Material (BOM)
- Secret Clearance
