Staff Management is looking for motivated and detail-oriented employees to start with us for our full-time Assembly positions. Wages start at $16/hr with opportunity to earn an additional $0.50/hr with good attendance! We offer benefits, paid holidays, paid lunches, and paid personal time off. Ask about growth opportunities while on site! We provide bonuses in the first 6 months as follows: $400 retention bonus after 30 days and a $500 tenure bonus after 6 months. Job Responsibilities

The Assembly Position involves producing automotive glass products at our client's facility. We apply components to automotive glass for customer installation. You would be responsible for maintaining quality, safety, and proper process. Go above and beyond personal performance expectations by performing your assigned task efficiently and effectively. It will also require you to perform detailed-oriented tasks in our face-paced environment.

Must be at least 18 years of age. Able to lift at least 40 lbs. Stand for Shift Duration. Pass Background Check.
