The Equipment Ops Specialist (Asset Management Leasing Specialist) position is based in Greensboro, North Carolina and reports to the Field Ops Manager. This position is responsible for supporting QSR Asset Management programs to drive growth and meet corporate sales objectives. This position will be instrumental in the continued development of QSR's leased asset program.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the Field and Sales teams to expand Warewash and Water Filtration programs
  • Serve as liaison between Field, Sales, Asset Management, Marketing, and other cross-functional groups regarding lease process, including agreement development, coordination and accuracy
  • Support overall asset management activities, including orders, coordination with Install team, asset recovery, tracking, etc.
  • Additional projects and ad hoc requests as identified by Field Ops Manager


Minimum Qualifications:
  • BA/BS or relevant work experience
  • 6+ years of professional experience
  • Strong PC and systems skills, especially Microsoft Excel


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills consistent with a sales and relationship driven organization
  • Self-motivated with the ability to efficiently organize and prioritize multiple high-impact activities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to learn and understand products, programs, and applications based on customer needs
  • Ability to learn systems and reporting tools
  • Very strong attention to detail
