Imaging of laptops and windows based tough pads (SCCM).
Scheduling Asset refresh appointments daily to adhere to aggressive timelines.
Performing workstation upgrades for WGL employees ensuring all data is copied over, applications are installed, printers mapped, testing VPN, etc
Asset reclamation of old devices to be properly disposed.
Inventor management in ServiceNow by correctly assigning newly deployed assets to respective u and checking-in assets being refreshed.
Oversees testing implementation of desktop and mobile devices images, packages, and new configurations. Advises the Manager of test results and configuration options.
Works with ITS Business Unit Partners and the Manager of Digital End User Services around Demand Management services for future maintenance and enhancements to software and hardware.
Provides post installation / configuration support and troubleshoots Office 365 services (Email/Outlook, Teams, Office Apps, OneDrive).
Provide daily / weekly updates to management on the number of assets being refreshed and adhering to the schedules for asset refresh.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's Degree Arts, Sciences, or Computer Science preferred.
3+ Years Experience in asset lifecycle management including imaging, scheduling, and performing laptop and tough pad upgrades, ensuring all existing applications are installed, settings properly configured, and data successfully synced to new device.
Demonstrated experience with technical configuration/image and Desktop/Mobile Device management knowledge. Operational experience with Microsoft SCCM is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated knowledge of Service Now (or similar software) for incident and problem resolution tickets and process.
Demonstrated knowledge of Demand Management services (e.g. via Service Now, or similar) around maintenance and product enhancements.
Demonstrated technical knowledge of packaging, distributing, and testing the installation of files and applications for mobile devices, i.e. laptops and tablets
Demonstrated technical knowledge of Windows 10/11,
Ability to independently set and adjust work priorities, trains and advises others on work practices and procedures, and ensures procedures are adhered to.
Ability to listen and communicate ideas and information effectively, both orally and in writing.
Ability to demonstrate initiative and flexibility.
