Description

The Assistant Academic Personnel Coordinator is responsible for the analysis and administration of a variety of academic personnel, payroll, and human resources issues of moderate scope and complexity. You will support the review and analysis of all academic appointment and advancement review files inclusive of merits, promotions, appraisals, and 5-year reviews. Emphasis is placed on working withe Academic Personnel team to meet deadlines and complete projects. Duties also include but are not limited to the academic review process, dossier management, liaising with the Dean's Office, Academic Personnel Offices, and other internal and external campus agencies, updating the departmental database and assisting with updating the HR payroll systems and trackers.

Salary Range: $24.62 - $48.18/hr
