The Department of Medicine, Division of Cardiology has an opening for a full-time Invasive, Non-Interventional Cardiologist to join our faculty. The Cardiac and Vascular Center within the University of Colorado Hospital offers a full spectrum of cardiovascular services including interventional cardiology, structural heart disease, cardiac surgery, general cardiology, adult congenital heart disease, CHF and cardiac transplantation as well as pulmonary hypertension. Active research includes clinical and basic/translation research programs in all areas of cardiovascular medicine.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Diagnostic cardiac catheterization 3 days per week in a diverse patient population
  • Having a General Cardiology Clinic 1 day per week
  • A ttending on the Inpatient Cardiology Service 4 weeks per year


This faculty position would involve supervision and training of both cardiology fellows as well as advanced practice providers within an academic practice.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established at $215,000 - $350,000.

The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training.

The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.

  • Ph.D. or MD in Cardiology
  • ABIM Board eligible OR Board Certified in Cardiovascular Medicine
