Essential Functions

Coaching: Includes knowledge and technical expertise, ability to develop skills in players, teaching ability and methodology, game management, and effective program discipline and motivational techniques.

Student-Athlete Welfare: Includes commitment to the welfare and safety of student-athletes, efforts to facilitate academic success, cooperation with academic units and counselors, and commitment to the social development of students.

Recruiting: Includes effective recruiting, professional relationships with coaches in the recruiting base, and success of previous recruits.

Compliance: Includes knowledge of and adherence to NCAA , OVC and TTU rules, regulations and policies.

Performance: Includes level performance of team and positions coached, ability to attract support for the program, commitment to the University, and professional relationships with departmental and campus staff and community members.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Related coaching experience.
