Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 / year DOE

Assistant Construction Superintendent Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience as a construction superintendent, preferably in high-end, custom residential projects
  • Strong understanding of California building codes
  • Bachelor s degree is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered
  • Experience with hillside construction and pile-on techniques is preferred
  • Proficiency with Builder Trend, Sage Master Builder, and Office 365
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must live within one hour of Beverly Hills

Assistant Construction Superintendent Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day activities on the job site, including managing subcontractors
  • Ensure project deadlines are met and stay on track with the project timeline
  • Communicate effectively with subcontractors, clients, and the senior project manager
  • Review subcontractor bids and manage approvals for material deliveries
  • Monitor job site safety and ensure compliance with California building codes
  • Send project update emails and maintain tracking systems for project milestones
  • Conduct weekly project meetings and provide detailed meeting notes
  • Resolve conflicts and troubleshoot issues that arise on-site
  • Coordinate inspections, deliveries, and ensure all requirements are met for each phase of the project
