Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• Proven experience with hands-on technical accounting including financial statements & reporting, month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, etc.
• Experience in public accounting and/ or healthcare preferred + CPA is a huge plus!
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information in an understandable manner.
• Quick learner with a positive, can-do attitude. Strong work ethic, dependability, and a commitment to high-quality work.
• Proven experience working with data warehouses and possessing advanced Excel skills.
• Process-oriented mindset with experience in evaluating and optimizing business operations.
