We pride ourselves on our outstanding customer service levels and our selection of unique and wonderful plant varieties you cannot find at the big box stores. Chase ACE Hardware is centrally located in San Rafael, CA.

We are seeking an amazing manager who excels at leading a team. The ideal candidate will be a positive, enthusiastic retail sales manager who is passionate about plants, gardening, landscaping, and home projects.

The Assistant Plant Nursery Manager role is an exceptional opportunity for a self-motivated, knowledgeable individual with experience providing leadership, creativity, and enthusiasm. The right candidate will run the day to day operations and continue to build upon a friendly, convenient, and helpful environment focused on exceptional customer service, quality plants and unique gift/decorative product offerings.

This is a full-time position.
Compensation commensurate with experience (starting at $22.00-$26.00, depending on experience).

1 years in the nursery/garden center industry with sales experience is required.
