Position Summary: Plan, develop, and direct the overall operation of our Nursing Services Department per current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Responsibilities & Duties of the ADON, RN:

Plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures, etc. that are necessary for providing quality care

Lead, direct, and supervise all other nursing staff members as needed

Collecting patient data, making observations, reporting pertinent information to the care of patients

On-call and responsible for the facility 24 hours daily

Qualifications of the Registered Nurse RN:

The ideal candidate must be a caring individual dedicated to providing high-quality care to residents in our care

Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as an RN in the state of - OH

1+ years of experience preferred, specifically in an SNF setting

Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English Language fluently

Able to react to emergencies appropriately when required

Must be able to relate information concerning a resident's condition
