Summary:
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Overseeing the entire Rooms Division including training, staff development and scheduling.
  • Maintaining highest brand standards.
  • Analyzing rate variances and maintaining close observation of daily house counts.
  • Monitoring labor expenses through schedule approval process.
  • This position reports directly to the General Manager.

Qualifications:
  • Progressive Hotel Management experience
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills
  • Ability to be on feet for long periods of time and the ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight
  • Service oriented style with professional skills
  • Experience developing standards and operating procedures
