Overview:
Johns Hopkins Hospital (JHH) seeks an experienced professional to join our team as the Assistant Director of Supply Chain Operations. Reporting to the Director, this role ensures efficient supply chain processes across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee supply chain operations for 56 ORs and ancillary perioperative areas at JHH.
• Manage an annual supply budget of $85M, covering 35,000 OR cases.
• Handle perpetual and periodic inventory accounts with values exceeding $20M.
• Lead and inspire a team of over 100 employees.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field; Master's Degree preferred.
- 7+ years in healthcare materials management with 3-5 years in a management role.
- In-depth knowledge of hospital finance, information systems, customer service, performance improvement, and regulatory requirements.
