General Description:
This position will assist with the day-to-day operations of the Olympic Equipment Room.

Experience:
2 years of experience (graduate assistantships and internships included) working in a NCAA Division 1 equipment room with apparel and footwear is required.
3-4 years of experience working in a NCAA Division 1 equipment room with apparel and footwear is preferred.

General Description:
This position will assist with the day-to-day operations of the Olympic Equipment Room.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Equipment/Apparel/Footwear:
- Assist Director in placing orders on Nike Gameday.
- Inventory Nike orders as they arrive.
- Enter Nike orders into Sportsoft inventory system.
- Maintain inventory for athletes/staff on Sportsoft.
- Organize distribution of apparel/footwear to athletes/staff.
- Assess inventory of all apparel/footwear for futures orders.
- Deliver and pick-up embellishment items from local vendors.
- Letter Awards:
- Work with each sport on acquiring yearly letter awards.
- Generate sizes for each athlete and the appropriate award.
- Submit the order for each award to the designated vendor.
- Inventory and distribute awards upon arrival.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word.
- Knowledge of Nike Gameday ordering system.
- Knowledge of working with inventory systems to monitor the distribution of apparel/footwear to coaches and student-athletes.
- Ability to work with a diverse population of students and staff.
- Ability to communicate effectively with student-athletes, coaches, and staff.
