The Assistant General Manager | Mar Muntanya responsibilities may include:

• Support and assist in managing Mar Muntanya, an Award Winning Spanish upscale restaurant , within our hotel, while working closely with the Food & Beverage Managers and other departments within our hotel
• Planning and coordination of special events within the restaurant
• May be responsible for ordering and maintaining par levels
• Scheduling, forecasting and payroll processing for all colleagues within the department
• Hiring, training, coaching and mentoring of service colleagues
• Ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws as well as operational standards
• Responsible for maintaining a high energy, positive, professional appearance
