Our global retailer client is looking for a Assistant Manager for their Creative Operations.
Responsibilities of this position includes enhancing the productivity of supported teams, tracking all development needs, coordinating and communicating between different teams, developing problem statements, writing use cases, maintaining contracts, and building good relationships. This position will also be responsible for testing some software functionality along with supporting and aligning stakeholders.
**PLEASE NOTE: This role is HYBRID, 2-3 days per week in Hoboken, NJ in a sample closet and at a desk. No exceptions.**
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications include highly organized, consistent follow through, thrives in a self-driven environment and excels in a quick business environment. They organize and maintain sample closets, arrange delivery and shipping of samples, product shoots, editorial shoots, and style outs. When needed, they pull samples for the creative team. A positive attitude, professional flexibility, and quick learners also preferred. 1-2 years of experience required. Be proficient in Microsoft Power Point and Excel. Time Management Skills- Efficient with ability to multi-task and prioritize. Strong communication skills both written and verbal. Sense of urgency to complete projects/ tasks. Ability to work independently and problem solve- self-motivated. Demonstrate self- confidence, energy and enthusiasm.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $39.79 to $44.21 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location
