What You Will Learn:

We are looking for a Human Resources Assistant Manager to provide HR Center of Excellence Integrator (COEi) support. As a COE Integrator, you will lead, translate, and animate Talent Management, People Development & Learning, Total Rewards, and Employee Experience activities at the divisional/functional level. Your deep understanding of the current state and future needs of the business will enable you to effectively communicate and drive adoption of global and USA initiatives with our employee population.

In this role, you will be a strategic thought partner for the Luxe HR team and their business leaders. You will also serve as an essential bridge to our L'Oreal USA and Global Talent Management, People Development & Learning, Employee Experience, and Total Reward teams to provide them with meaningful insight and feedback into the efficacy of our broader solutions portfolio.

  • Form collaborative relationships with Luxe HR Business Partners and the L'Oréal USA and Global HR COE community, inclusive of Talent, Employee Experience, People Development & Learning, Total Rewards and BEST HR. Any additional COE relationships as needed.
  • Create awareness of resources & tools across all pillars - adapting as needed to serve and resonate with the employee population.
  • Prepare reporting and analyses as required pertaining to People Experience (e.g. Pulse), Talent, Learning, the effectiveness of divisional initiatives, and global KPIs.
  • Interpret, apply, and monitor existing COE offer to answer frequently asked questions from employees and HR Business Partners; direct inquiries to BEST HR team where appropriate.
  • Work on special projects, as needed, contributing to the Division, USA and Global initiatives.


Talent:
  • Support People Review process by collecting and synthesizing key inputs from HR Business Partners; assist with divisional calibration process and brand-level calibrations as needed.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and AVP, COE Integrator to maintain talent data in HR systems.
  • Co-create and, at times, lead divisional career activations (e.g. roundtables, panels, trainings) in partnership with AVP, COE Integrator and Talent COE.


People Experience:
  • Prepare divisional Pulse presentations.
  • Manage Luxe People Champion application process and onboarding of new Champions.
  • Co-facilitate and prepare content for divisional People Champion meetings and other division-specific activations in partnership with AVP, COE Integrator.

Learning:
  • Manage the collection and submission of Learning Hours for the division.
  • Assist with collecting nominations and answering questions about the Learning Nominations process.
  • Act as point-person for enrollment changes and program-related questions.

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in human resources or related field required.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven human resources experience required or extensive HR internship while completing college degree.
  • Demonstrated leadership, communication (written/verbal), analytical, creative problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills to build strong work relationships with all levels of the organization. Must display executive maturity and manage emotions during periods of ambiguity, pressure, and uncertainty.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks, and work independently and proactively in a fast-paced and complex environment. Resourcefulness is key.
  • Sense of urgency and service orientation with high degree of flexibility and responsiveness.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with attention to detail, tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
  • Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures with a strong curiosity in HR and understanding of HR disciplines such as change management, organizational design, talent management, training design, employment law, etc.
  • Strong PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and similar employee management software.
