The Assistant Operations Manager will support both the Stewarding and F&B operations including: Banquets and Restaurants/Outlets. Responsibilities may include scheduling, overseeing maintenance and sanitation of all food production service areas, forecasting and training, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws, as well as all operating procedures.
