Assistant or Associate Professor - Academic Track - Clinical Scholarship or Clinician Track
Full-time medical geneticist to provide services in clinical genetics and inborn errors of metabolism.
The qualified candidate will provide care for children and adults with genetic conditions and inborn errors of metabolism in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
As an academic pediatric department, opportunities exist for clinical teaching of medical students and residents.
Clinical research opportunities are also available.
Qualifications
Medical geneticist.
Candidates for the position must have ABMGG active candidate status or certification as a clinical geneticist and be active in maintenance of certification. Active candidate status or certification in clinical biochemical genetics is also desirable

The Division of Genetics and Metabolism is an outstanding environment for genetic services. Genetics division members provide care for a diverse group of patients.
As the largest center for inborn errors of metabolism in the upper Midwest, we have a robust long-term follow-up program for children identified through expanded newborn screening.
