The RF Sensors & Systems Department specializes in RF sensors, systems, antennas, tactical applications, and signal processing, specifically tailored to meet the complex challenges with impactful technological solutions to our customers.

Objectives of this Role:

  • Plan, organize, lead, and coordinate the activities of across multiple project teams in delivering cutting-edge technologies with teams comprised of engineering, technicians, and administrative staff on various internal research and external research and development projects.
  • Oversee the completion of research, development, fabrication, test and support to projects focused on a mix of U.S. Government, commercial, and industry clients.
  • Supporting the department’s strategic objectives/vision for program growth and client cultivation.
  • Support the department director in executing the strategic objectives/vision for program growth, facilities enhancement, staff development and client cultivation.
  • Develop project plans, execute project plans, manage schedules, budgets, while meeting Division policies and exceeding client's requirements with the constraints of our contract to ensure satisfaction to our client.
  • Provide support to the Defense & Intelligence Solutions Department stays at the forefront of cutting-edge research and development methodologies, techniques, and technologies for quality managed research and development.
  • Other managerial duties as assigned.


Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:

  • Provide project management support to senior program managers and other project managers where needed.
  • Develop, manage and adhering to schedules as it relates to project work breakdown structures.
  • Managing and focusing teams of engineers and technical personnel to meet various contractual requirements and deliver within defined schedule.
  • Organizing, managing and accounting for financial funds supporting project efforts.
  • Ensuring projects are following established configuration and quality assurance standards within the Division.
  • Conducting briefings and meeting with end client on project progress and status on a frequent basis.


Requirements:

  • Requires a Bachelors degree in Cybersecurity Technology.
  • 5+ years: Related project management related experience with evidence of increasing ability and recognition for leading others and administering to their technical and professional needs.
  • Experience in military and intelligence programs, processes, and procedures associated with Electronic Warfare Operations, Cyber, Communications, and electromagnetic spectrum operations (EMSO) related activities with a strong understanding of DoD processes and procedures desired.
  • A valid/clear driver's license is required.
