* Take meeting minutes during project discussions.

* Handle submittals and Requests for Information (RFIs).

* Keep project documentation up to date.

* Assist with change orders and project updates.

* Obtain necessary approvals.

* Assist with change order management.

* Collaborate with the Project Manager (PM) and Superintendent.

* Evaluate return on investment (ROI) for potential projects.

* Estimate labor costs.

Required Skills & Experience

* Bachelor's Degree - engineering, construction management - related fields

* 1-3 years of experience supporting a General Contractor

* 1-3 years as a Project Engineer, or just became APM

* Need someone to be comfortable at this level for a couple years (not wanting to become PM in a year)

* Greencard or US Citizen
