As the Assistant Property Manager, you’ll assist the Property Manager in the daily operations of the property and maintain R.W. Selby and Co., Inc. standards of excellence including cleanliness on each physical property, exceptional customer service to residents and prospects and achievement of operational standard processes.

As the Assistant Property Manager, you’ll assist the Property Manager in the daily operations of the property and maintain R.W. Selby and Co., Inc. standards of excellence including cleanliness on each physical property, exceptional customer service to residents and prospects and achievement of operational standard processes.
To succeed, you should have:
- 4+ years of experience in property management, hospitality, or retail industries.
- Proficiency with industry software (YARDI preferred).
- Outstanding communication skills.
- A sharp professional appearance.
The Assistant Property Manager will be responsible for:
- Floating between two properties located one mile apart.
- Assisting the Property Manager as required.
- Renting and marketing the property (properties) to generate viable leases.
- Leading by example and being a role model for the standards and behaviors consistent with the core values and culture of R.W. Selby & Co.
- Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships and loyalty with all constituents.
- Consistent guest satisfaction that yields outstanding customer satisfaction ratings and community reviews.
