SUMMARY: Responsible for the overall maintenance/operations of the facilities, buildings, grounds, lands, utilities and environmental services. Responsible for a high level of guest service as described in your department's guest service standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Hire, schedule, train, coach, and evaluate staff and conduct performance reviews
- Direct daily work activities and inspect completed work for conformance to standards
- Assist with developing an annual budget and maintain controls on financials, including labor costs, to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of operations
- Manage all support services operations; Participate in strategic and tactical planning sessions; Maintain communication with Projects & Initiatives Director, General Manager, directors, division staff and vendors
- Provide leadership to Support Services managers and Supervisors in the planning of short and long term objectives, identification of problems and implementation of solutions, policies and procedures to meet established objectives
- Maintain high level of team member satisfaction through team member development activities; Assess performance a timely and accurate manner, utilize coaching methods when resolving performance issues; staff Support Services with competent guest service orientated personnel in all positions
- Implement continuous improvement philosophy throughout support services operations through evaluation of organizational activities and impact analysis; Continually improve in all areas by developing prevention activities
- Ensure support services operations adhere to regulatory compliance and licensing requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
- 4 year degree in business administration or related field and 5 years comparable management experience; or a combination of equivalent experience and/or education
- knowledge in the areas of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and facilities maintenance
- Extensive knowledge in the areas of budgeting, financial planning, strategic planning, profitability, productivity and concept development
- Proven ability to identify qualified personnel and provide leadership to develop and direct staff maximizing performance
