Assistant Tennis Coach

Qualifications:

• Current Alabama Teacher's Certification (preferred) or classified dependent upon qualifications of the
person holding the position
• Previous Experience in sports as a participant and/or coach (preferred) but not required
• Completion of all requirements set forth by the AHSAA Coaches' Education Program
• Must have or be willing to obtain CDL

Essential Duties:

Acts under the direction of the Head Coach

• Individual is responsible for all aspects of the tennis program
• Applicants must be a team player and willing to work with athletes of various ability levels
• Must have a strong understanding of the activities and development of tennis
• Attend the AHSAA sponsored rules clinic for his/her sports
