Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President- Azure Cloud Architect

In this role, we are seeking a talented and motivated individual who can excel in a high-growth environment and help to define the strategic direction and goals for the Azure Center of Excellence in alignment with the company's overall objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior leadership to articulate the value proposition of the Azure CoE and its contribution to the organization's growth.

• Partner with the Azure global alliance lead to cultivate and nurture an effective relationship that aligns with mutual goals and objectives.

• Collaborate on joint initiatives, sharing insights and perspectives to enhance the partnership's impact.

• Leverage the proprietary intellectual property (IP) owned by the company in our chosen industry and process focus areas to create differentiated offerings on the Azure platform.

• Drive the identification, assessment, and development of solutions that merge our IP with Azure services.

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design and execute joint go-to-market strategies that showcase the combined strengths of our company and Azure.

• Develop compelling messaging, collateral, and sales enablement tools to support business development efforts.

• Lead a team of experts to architect, design, and develop innovative solutions that harness the capabilities of Azure while incorporating our industry-specific insights and IP.

• Ensure solutions align with best practices, standards, and compliance requirements.

• Establish the Azure CoE as a thought leader in the industry by contributing to webinars, whitepapers, industry events, and other knowledge-sharing initiatives.

• Drive engagement and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to foster innovation and expertise.

• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the success and impact of Azure CoE initiatives.

• Regularly report on progress and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (master's degree preferred).

• Proven experience in leadership roles within a technology consulting, system integration, or related field.

• In-depth expertise in Azure services, architecture, and cloud solutions, with certifications being a plus.

• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, coupled with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated ability to build and foster relationships with partners, customers, and internal teams.

Preferred qualifications /Skills

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of driving innovation and transformative change.

• Experience in developing and launching successful joint go-to-market initiatives with technology partners.

• Leadership experience in managing high-performing teams and promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $100,000 to $125,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
