AUM College of Nursing and Health Sciences department of Communication Disorders is seeking qualified applicants for a tenure track faculty position. Doctorate degree required. Recent clinical experience and teaching experience at the baccalaureate level desired.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Minimum Qualifications:
Candidates must have an earned research doctorate degree in Speech Language Pathology, Speech and Hearing Science, or related field (Ph.D. preferred). A.B.D. candidates are eligible, but all degree requirements must be completed by June 1, 2025. Candidates must show evidence of the ability to develop a research program, potential for excellence in teaching, and a commitment to university, community, and professional service. CCC - SLP from ASHA and eligibility to obtain a license to practice speech-language pathologist in the state of Alabama required.

- Classroom and clinical instruction in the online graduate program and residential undergraduate program, in accordance with the needs of the department
- Developing and maintaining a program of research in the candidate's area of expertise
