WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

A fantastic team player who shares a passion for connecting clients to amazing events. This position reports to the Director of Sales Development. A successful candidate is expected to maintain a professional, courteous, and customer-focused attitude always.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

The Associate Business Development Representative will be a highly organized, detail-oriented, individual who will participate in contacting customers to drive attendance at worldwide roadshow events throughout the year.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Contact customers and partners to drive attendance to Kaseya events via phone calls, emails
  • Work with account managers to set up product demos for customers
  • Contact customers to attend product webinars
  • Execute rebuttals: Draft talking points for most common customer rebuttals
  • Salesforce hygiene: Add notes and update information in Salesforce so information is current and accurate
  • Maintain a database of customer issues and Salesforce discrepancies to forward to the appropriate department for resolution
  • Contact customers to confirm attendance post event registration
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
  • Associate degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience in tele-sales
  • Excellent written and spoken communication
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills to engage with customers on behalf of the sales/marketing team
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must pay attention to detail and provide great customer service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
  • Positive, enthusiastic, motivated, autonomous self-starter
  • Solution seeker and problem solver
  • Takes ownership of initiatives and consistently goes beyond expectations
