Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Brand Strategy and Creative, you'll define the tone and deliver messaging for impactful marketing campaigns that create an emotional connection with our audience that translates to increased brand perception, an elevated market reputation, and intense brand loyalty. Ultimately, your work will help us achieve our overall objectives for patient acquisition, staff/student recruitment, development, and retention, and business growth.

We're looking for a recognized creative leader with a high degree of expertise in creative concepting and copywriting. You must be hands-on when it comes to delivering extraordinary work while inspiring vendor partners and team members to do the same. You'll leverage strategic insights and approaches to develop highly targeted creative campaigns and brand marketing. This will require strategic thinking, conceptual competency, strong writing sensibilities, and a high level of craftsmanship across all media, including video, digital, experiential, social, and print.

You'll work as a dynamic duo with the ACD/Art Director while collaborating with senior leaders, executives, and department colleagues, the David Geffen School of Medicine, Development, and the entire enterprise. You'll need to be a demonstrated advertising expert with the unique ability to solve novel issues without precedent or structure. You may also be called on to formulate strategies and administer policies, processes, and resources. Excellent analytical, critical thinking, project management, and problem recognition, avoidance, and resolution skills are absolutely essential.

Salary offers are determined based on various factors including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, and equity. The full salary range for this position is $92,600 to $202,200 annually . The budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position is approximately $130,000 to $170,000 annually.
