As an Associate Cyber Security IAM Developer at Bell, you can expect to play a critical role in advancing the mission of providing efficient, frictionless tools and services that deliver access to Bell's digital resources. This position will focus on developing automated Identity & Access Management (IAM) processes, expanding the capabilities and application integrations to the IAM software solution and developing complex reports from the IAM software data to provide insights for managing the IAM solution and reducing risks within the environment. To be successful in this role you should have strong programming skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Understand and adhere to cybersecurity, IAM, and compliance principles and best practices

• Identify, design and develop automation solutions that reduce manual efforts

• Implement application connectors to the IAM software that provide visibility of user access data and automate provisioning and de-provisioning

• Develop complex SQL reporting and bulk updates to the IAM database

• Perform systems analysis and software configuration to implement new features and functionality into the IAM solution improving its usability, performance and automation capabilities

What You Will Need to be Successful

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar

• 0-2 years of relevant experience

What Will Make You Stand Out

• Experience developing with PowerShell, Microsoft SQL and C#

• A basic understanding of Active Directory and access control fundamentals

• Familiarity with development, collaboration, testing tools (JIRA, Git, Azure DevOps, etc.)

• Strong analytical skills with a proven track record in problem solving

• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
