The Associate Director, Learning & Development, Immunology Medical Affairs has a growth mindset and is passionate about crafting a learning culture for field medical and internal medical affairs teams. You will support medical affairs initiatives by developing and delivering clinical, soft skills, and capabilities training. The learning programs you build will prepare medical science liaisons and other medical affairs colleagues to educate and conduct scientific exchange with Healthcare Providers and Opinion Leaders, to support the clinical research program, and to provide internal scientific support.
Qualifications
Required Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree required
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Minimum 4-5 years in pharmaceuticals or healthcare
• Strong competency in technology utilization, such as but not limited to: digital medical education platforms, creation of videos, and training in multiple learning platforms (workshop, virtual, e-learning, simulation, gamification)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including experience creating and/or leading trainings
• Ability to identify and assess risk and prioritize time based on importance, need, and impact on projects
• Strong skillset including: creativity & innovation; attention to detail; critical thinking; problem solver; and growth mindset
• Must lead without authority, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively to complete projects and follow Company-approved processes
• Proven ability to work in a team in a matrix environment

- Develop, adapt, and lead short- and long-term project plans, accounting for timelines, compliance constraints, business needs, budget, and available resources to optimally meet objectives.
- Leverage knowledge of the product portfolio, clinical savvy, and scientific engagement skills to ensure learning solutions meet the needs of our partners.
- Use learning and operational insights to identify training needs and learning metrics to see opportunities to improve.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to leverage knowledge and share resources.
