Design and develop diversified applications leveraging big data platform and hybrid clouds. Provide strategic direction in delivery of big data solutions. Transform architectural and business concepts and requirements into technology designs and engineering configurations to deliver solutions for data management and analytics areas, both on premise and in the cloud. Ensure design, code, and procedural aspects of solution are production ready, aligning with operational, security and compliance standards. Create and execute roadmaps that improve efficiencies, agility, performance, stability and lower Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). Partner with critical data stakeholders to build scalable, optimal, self-service analytics solutions. Continually optimize the data pipe with automation and tools with the latest DevOps and Agile methodologies to improve cycle times, consistency, and quality. Work with critical data stakeholders and technical teams for optimal solutions and service delivery, and provide technical support for issue resolution. Establish and maintain client relationships and professional networks.

WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field and 7 years of related work experience, of which at least 5 years must be post-bachelor's, progressive, related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience with the following: End-to-end technical delivery of solutions architecture, and running data transformation programs; Solutions design using database architecture on platforms including Informatica, Oracle, Big Data, and Azure data and analytics cloud platforms; Azure Data lake, Event Hub, and building data integrations using Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure functions, and Azure SQL Server; Data migration to Azure cloud experience, and designing and building hybrid clouds with a combination of on prem ETL tools and Azure cloud technologies; Utilizing reporting tools, including Alteryx, Power BI and Tableau; Translating and implementing data mappings, and reading and writing data to Bigdata environments; Hadoop services and engines, Hive, Spark, and Blaze for both Mappings; Designing and configuring matching and merging rules, and cleansing and deduplicating rules; Handling Bigdata objects, including HDFS files, HIVE, Hbase, Json, and Parquet; Working with Mulesoft and iPaaS integrations; and Data warehousing tools, data modeling tools, SQL, T-SQL, and PL/SQL.

Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience with Powershell scripting.

Travel to various locations throughout the US required up to 5%.

Telecommuting may be permitted within commutable distance from the job location, depending on business need.
