The Associate Director Product Commercialization will be crucial in driving sales, operationalizing products, refreshing current networks, and leading a high-performing team.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales initiatives to expand our market presence and increase revenue
  • Lead and develop a team focused on commercializing retail pharmacy network products
  • Operationalize new and existing products, ensuring smooth implementation and customer satisfaction
  • Refresh and optimize current pharmacy networks to maintain competitiveness and efficiency
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful product launches
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform product strategy

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in pharmacy network healthcare, pharmacy benefit management, or related industry
  • 5+ years of experience in non-technical product management and / or product commercialization roles
  • 3+ years direct client engagement
  • Experience creating presentations to pitch/sell product to clients and executive leaders
  • Experience with project management and process improvement
  • Strategic thinking experience, executing product tactfully in the market and for clients
  • Proven deep understanding of the pharmacy benefit management landscape

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in product sales
  • Experience as a people leader; managing and developing teams

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
