Associate Director, Project Planner

Description

You know that the outcome of a project hinges on two things: the plan and the people.

In this role, you will be the driver in the financial and vendor aspect of any account, typically on teams which require more finesse and management oversight. Managing financials (yearly scopes, estimates, and billing worksheets), assisting in revenue forecasting and reconciliations, coordinating production, handling final distribution, and managing 4-6 project managers at various levels. You will:

• Develop/review project estimates and ensure they are approved internally and externally
• Manage project timelines and cost to approved scopes and estimates, communicating when change orders are required
• Identify any financial risk to project budget or forecast

Essential Requirements:

• BS / BA (or relevant experience)
• 5+ years' experience in advertising / marketing project management or production
• Direct management and/or portfolio team management of $10-20M in brand revenue
• Finance: Proficiency and experience developing scopes, estimates, and weekly project performance reporting

Desired Requirements:

• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $120K to $130K. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
