As part of the GSG's MSP (Merchant Servicing Portal) team, you will be responsible of designing and deploying Merchant Servicing Journeys for maintenance on demographics, payment, pricing, and Merchant inquiries. You will partner with Business units, Operations, and Technology Teams to define the right user experience. You are expected to understand and map end-to-end merchant journeys to translate into requirements, Rally features and work with Product Owners to create User Stories for execution with Technologies.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Translate product roadmap into well-defined product requirements/user stories and acceptance test criteria.
  • Create a prioritized Product Backlog for a specific product.
  • Appropriately identify and mitigate risks, challenges, opportunities to advance the team.
  • Partner with the design and technology teams to rapidly iterate new solutions.
  • Works closely with analytics and uses internal data tools to understand measure success and impact to critical metrics, and to track performance in order to inform the roadmap.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • A proven ability to translate customer needs into best-in-class products and customer experience.
  • Experience working with Engineering and process teams.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage and influence partners and stakeholders while building strong relationships.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Product Management and/or Product Development.
  • Proven hands-on experience on SAFE.
  • Solid knowledge of Merchant Servicing journeys, Operational procedures and Rally capabilities.


Qualifications

Salary Range: $60,000.00 to $110,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
