Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist with recombinant production of membrane protein targets.
2. Purify proteins and conduct analytical characterizations for hit identification and validation.
3. Troubleshoot and optimize protein engineering, expression, purification, and formulation processes.
4. Contribute to cryo-EM structural studies of membrane protein targets.
5. Guide gene-to-structure processes and integrate structural biology into protein engineering, antibody discovery, and screening.

Essential Qualifications:

• BS/MS degree in Protein Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or similar.

Preferred Experience:

• Protein biochemistry and molecular biology experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, coupled with excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities.
• Familiarity with structure determination and visualization software, Microsoft Office, GraphPad Prism, and advanced statistics.

Additional Points:

This is a full time position and must have industry experience.

This position can be Sr Research Associate, Associate Scientist, or Sr Associate Scientist.

Title and salary (including base plus annual bonus) are commensurate with experience, and relocation is provided.
