Associate Supply Chain Operations Analyst

Nalco Water, an Ecolab Company, has a full-time opening for an Associate Supply Chain Operations Analyst (focused on Warranty/Repair/Returns) in its Greentree, PA facility, which is located just outside of Pittsburgh.

What You Will Do:

• Work with the Equipment Helpdesk, plant personnel, and salespeople to solve warranty/repair issues within general policies and guidelines.
• Arrange for return of failed units, and work with Nalco plants and vendors to have returned material evaluated, repaired, and stocked for future sale.
• Approximately 75% of the position is performed on the phone or via a computer system, while the remaining 25% involves interaction with the returned materials.
• Provide backup for other Logistics and Operations personnel as needed.

Position Details:

Candidate must reside in: Greentree / Pittsburgh, PA AREA

Work week and shift: M-F, 1st Shift

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, or other related field of study
• Excellent customer service, phone and organizational skills
• Proficient working with computer systems including Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work with people at all levels to solve problems and identify solutions

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to work in or around a fabrication environment (i.e. dust, fumes, odors, and noise may be present)
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications:

• Two years of prior parts and service desk experience or similar experience
• Strong preference for those with experience working with SAP ERP system
• Familiarity with different types of small feed and dosing systems and components, such as pumps, motors, valves, fittings, etc. is a plus
