Summary:
This position will develop and implement operational and business plans consistent with the mission and vision of Broward Health. Demonstrates and promotes Broward Health values, service for excellence behaviors and continuous improvement. Direct responsibilities include oversight and leadership for medical practice operations of the specialties including Cardiology, Cardiovascular Surgery, Thoracic Surgery and Pulmonary Medicine. Direct responsibilities may include other specialties as required by Broward Health Physician Group. This position will be accountable for managing the cost, quality, access, and service. Provides an atmosphere conducive to team development and professional growth for associates. Demonstrates and promotes corporate values, service excellence behaviors and continuous improvement.

Education:
Essential:
* Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.

Experience:
* 5+ years of related experience in progressive growth, strategy and operations for multiple medical practice operations.

Credentials:
* Appropriate clinical licensure if undergraduate degree program matriculates to a licensed profession.
