Summary:
This position will develop and implement operational and business plans consistent with the mission and vision of Broward Health. Demonstrates and promotes Broward Health values, service for excellence behaviors and continuous improvement. Will be responsible for the assigned enterprise service line and reporting to Ambulatory CEO. Will be responsible for the collaborative development and implementation of integrated operating plans with physician practices. This position will be accountable for managing the cost, quality, access, and service. Provides an atmosphere conducive to team development and professional growth for associates. Demonstrates and promotes corporate values, service excellence behaviors and continuous improvement. Service lines areas to include but limited to all areas of Surgical and Adult Oncology specialties for the Broward Health Ambulatory Division.

Education:
Essential:
* Accredited Bachelor's degree required, accredited Master's degree preferred.

Experience:
Essential:
* Five or more years of related experience in progressive growth, strategy and operations for Surgical and Adult Oncology medical practices.

Licensure:
*Appropriate clinical licensure if undergraduate degree program matriculates to a licensed profession.
