ATM Support Desk Analyst

In this role, you will provide technical support to external vendors using our client's ATMs. You will provide a wide variety of support options, ranging from email support coming from an internal ticketing system (Jira) to providing preventive support while monitoring an internal tracking system.
Other essential functions include:
Diagnose hardware and software issues
Perform and create operational and performance reporting and analysis
Responsible to keep customer advised of any issues affecting the contractual SLAs
Create and maintain customer support documentation
Participate in organizational service delivery strategy and definition
Responsible for training and creating training materials for customers on basic hardware and software functionality

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
Prior ATM or Financial Services experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
An analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving
Proficiency with MS Office applications
Experience with ticketing systems
Ability to navigate various database applications, SQL experience a significant plus
Create and maintain a positive working environment and relationship with both internal and external customers
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
