Job Summary:

The Outside Services Assistant is often the first person Members and/or their Guests will see when they arrive on property. This role is responsible for displaying the highest level of professionalism and member service for our Members and/or Guests by anticipating needs, responding to requests, always hospitably offering service, communicating with other associates, setup/breakdown/cleaning/sterilization of Members' amenities, and any tasks that the Golf Professional Staff may request. The atmosphere consists golfing members wanting to play golf with their friends, their families, their guests, and your "office backdrop" is a spectacularly maintained golf course.

Day-to-Day:

• Assist golfers by loading bags, communicating with valet staff, cleaning clubs, learning the bag storage order, thoroughly cleaning Golf Carts, offering directions to Guests or new Members, guiding members to proper decision-makers.
• Helping members to their cars as needed and checking in the golf carts.
• Always communicating with other golf operations staff to ensure seamless and efficient service to Members/Guests.
• Must be able to interact with Members/Guests professionally, helping them with changes and last-minute requests as needed.

About You:

• Customer service experience. A "Servant at Heart" attitude. Basic Golf Knowledge and Etiquette are a big plus.
• You can be trusted to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary Company information and sensitive employee matters, except as expressly authorized by the Company.
• You are comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments with frequent exposure to extreme hot or cold temperatures and humidity.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
