Description and Requirements

Lenovo's Cloud & Software Engineering Lab is seeking an Augmented Reality Intern to join our 2024 Summer Internship Program.

In this role, you will gain valuable experience in providing a full range of development, operations, and maintenance support for Augmented Reality/Virtual Reality (AR/VR) systems

You will work on E2E integration of multiple components involving AR/VR devices and Lenovo cloud infrastructures, utilizing micro services and API endpoint calls, as well as participating in testing and evaluation of new technologies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or related field .
• 6+ months experience of Mobile development (preferably Android), programming and automation scripting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Programming skills to write computer code and scripts in programming languages, such as C#, Java & Python
• Experience with common automation testing framework such as Selenium, Appium & Alt Tester
• Attention to detail - Being detail oriented is required as you will test web and mobile applications to find ways to improve them and isolate problems
• Ability to work well on your own and on teams; experience with and an appreciation for agile principles and practices
• Experience working with Atlassian tool suite - BitBucket, Jira and Confluence
