A large financial enterprise in Phoenix, AZ is looking for an Automation QA Engineer. You will be working with other engineers to drive improvements in code quality via manual and automated testing. This involves review of the user story backlog, function, performance, reliability and testability. Your responsibility will include developing test plans, testing resource requirements, scheduling testing activity, developing manual and automation test cases and configuring if necessary. You will help generate test data to support the requirements and test cases, manage the integration and implementation of designs and help define testing approaches

Required Skills & Experience
- 8-10 years of experience in IT, with an emphasis on QA, and proven ability in writing test cases, running functional, automated, or performance tests, and managing defects
- Solid experience in test-driven development, unit testing, functional testing, system integration testing, regression testing, GUI testing, web service testing, and browser compatibility testing
- Experience with Agile
- Experience in working with Selenium, Cucumber and testing automation tools
- Experience in Performance Testing, API Automation, and Cloud technologies (AWS), with proficiency in Jenkins and shell scripting.
- Expertise in Framework design for Selenium, QTP, and VSTS Coded-UI Automation
- Familiar with Python 3.3, RPA (Automation Anywhere), Appium, and performance testing tools like JMeter and VSTS 2010.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or other technical discipline, or equivalent work experience, is required
- Any of the following test certifications - QAI, ASQ, IIST, ISEB, ISTQB
