Insight Global is seeking an Automation QA Engineer for one our largest financial clients in Richmond, VA, Atlanta, GA, or Chandler, AZ. This is a multi-dimensional QA Engineering role that includes Cloud Test Automation in a Hybrid Cloud environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for hands-on experience implementing test automation solutions in an Agile/DevOps environment. Day to day responsibilities include:
Responsible for architecting automation solutions for QA services, along with providing support for implementation.
Experience testing infrastructure and using Terraform services / tools.
Responsible with supporting process of collating requirements, designing, and engineering new products in the hybrid cloud environment.
Works with development teams, product owners, program managers, and release engineering teams to identify and build complex End-to-End and functional test scenarios and collaboratively drive testing practices across verticals
Participate in test automation code reviews as an additional means to contribute
Support hybrid cloud QA function and implements / maintains QA standards and procedures for multiple lines of business or technology areas
Assist with setting up test environments, design test plans, develop test cases and scenarios, develop, and maintain test data, drive automation and execute test cases
Develop, and execute automated integration and end to end tests, as well as manual exploratory tests as needed for multiple projects
Coordinate resolution of product issues. This includes reporting on KPI'S, and corrective action plans.
Drives automation and standardization, whilst maintaining the right quality engineering practices and accelerate high software quality development and provides input to all aspects of quality engineering including applying industry best practices, and developing new testing solutions and methods
Partner with development/engineering teams to define and build QA tests for components and systems

Required Skills & Experience
6+ years of experience as an Automation QA Engineer
Experience with testing in a cloud environment (Azure preferred but can also be AWS or GCP)
Expert with Python as a scripting tool
AWS infrastructure experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with Selenium as a Java Script test framework
Experience testing infrastructure-related items with Terraform
Containerization knowledge
