Our customer, an OCC-regulated federal savings bank at the forefront of fintech, payments and lending. The Project Manager role will be responsible for assisting in project management related activities and support the Central PMO team. It will focus on the execution of assigned tasks to support strategic initiatives. The individual will ensure timely and accurate tracking of execution in line with internal commitments, while ensuring there is appropriate governance and oversight as we execute through these initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage end-to-end projects, from initiation to closure, ensuring successful execution within defined scope, budget, and timeline.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including compliance, legal, IT, risk management, and business units to develop project plans, set objectives, and allocate resources effectively.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and create detailed project plans, including tasks, timelines, and dependencies.
• Coordinate and communicate project progress, status, and issues to stakeholders, providing timely updates and escalation as needed.
• Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track progress, manage project documentation, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and adjust as necessary to ensure optimal resource utilization.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high[1]performing work environment.
• Prepare comprehensive project reports, documentation, and presentations for senior management, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in financial crime prevention, and apply this knowledge to project strategies.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as finance, business administration, or a related discipline. Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a strong track record
• Understanding of technology platforms used by Payments, specifically in the FinTech industry.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools for task tracking, reporting, and documentation.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and mitigate risks, and make informed decisions based on data analysis.
• Team leadership and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams toward successful project outcomes.
• High level of integrity, ethical conduct, and commitment to upholding the highest compliance standards
