AWS Certified Developer with Python and Confluent Cloud Expertise

Relevant Experience (Years): 8+ Years

Technical/Functional Skills:

AWS Certified Developer experience in implementing AWS cloud native solutions using Python and confluent cloud

Mandatory Requirements:

5+ years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing cloud solutions on AWS

3+ years of experience with Python in a cloud environment

Must have experience with Confluent Cloud and Kafka

Experience required:
  • A Professional bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably Computer Science or Information Technology
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing cloud solutions on AWS
  • 3+ years of experience with Python in a cloud environment
  • Extensive hands-on experience in using AWS services , including Lambda, S3, Step functions, and Dynamo DB
  • Proven experience with Confluent Cloud and Kafka in a production environment
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Experience with other AWS services such as API Gateway, SNS, SQS, RDS and Kinesis
  • Strong understanding of serverless architecture, cloud-native design patterns and security
  • Proficient in designing RESTful API and microservices
  • Experience with front-end languages and libraries(HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery, vue.js/Angular/React) and node.js is desired
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience of working within an agile, continuous integration environment
  • Healthcare domain background / experience is desired


Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop and deploy high-quality scalable and robust software serverless application using AWS Lambda
  • Build and maintain data storage solutions using Amazon S3 and Dynamo DB
  • Develop and manage complex workflows using AWS Step Functions
  • Implement best practices for AWS cloud security, architecture, design, cost management and performance optimization
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in Python
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring high availability and reliability of applications.
  • Architect and implement serverless applications and microservices on AWS
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
  • Stay updated with latest industry trends and AWS services and incorporate them into project development
  • Work in Agile environment and ensure self-accountability for project delivery
